Since 2001, Hucke and Associates, a Real Property Tax Consultant firm has been representing Property Owners in all five boroughs of New York City, New York State, and around the US. We offer property owners the opportunity to file a professionally executed appeal with their local jurisdiction. Our principals have over 50 combined years of experience working in the public sector as Assessors for the New York City Department of Finance, New York City Tax Commission and the private sector working for the largest independent Property Tax Consultant in the United States. Peter Hucke, our founding principal is also a former Director of the New York City Tax Commission and was instrumental in the development of the Assessment Guidelines used today by NYC Assessors. He sits on the Tax Commission Board of Tax Policies and is a former member of REBNY Board of Property Tax Policies.
