About Hudson Integrative

Hudson began as home builders in Boulder, Colorado in 1947, and as Boulder grew, so did Hudson. We are a fourth generation family-owned business, and we've established relationships with the people who have purchased and lived in our homes. We watched them raise families and build communities. As our clients moved into retirement age, they noticed that their needs were changing, and that some things about their homes needed to change too. With a long history of building homes, Hudson became Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists (CAPS) so that we could provide home modifications that are grounded in best practices and universal design principles -- modifications that remove barriers and create new possibilities for people who want to continue to safely enjoy their homes into retirement age and beyond. We knew home modifications were just the first step. There was more to be done -- we envisioned an integrative model to promote health and independence for older adults who love their homes and want to continue to enjoy them. So we enlisted specialists in nutrition, fitness, technology, and care management, and designed the iLive, iLearn and iCare components of our program. Hudson Integrative was born. Today, the four program components of our integrated model -- iAdapt, iLive, iLearn, iCare -- are helping our clients to enjoy healthy, independent lives in safer more accessible homes. We have a motto, and it's the driving belief behind all of our work: Your life. Your way. You're home.
