About Hudson Moody
Hudson Moody are an independent firm of estate agents in York, specialising in residential property for sale and rent in and around the City of York. Our aim is to provide a professional yet approachable service offering sound advice whilst embracing dynamic marketing techniques. We were originally established in 1996 in Micklegate in York city centre, and now have a South Bank office at Nunnery Lane, a branch in the sought after village of Poppleton to the north of York, and a personal agent, Alex McClean, based in Dunnington and covering the villages to the East of York towards Pocklington. We are members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the National Association of Estate Agents, the Association of Residential Letting Agents and a participating firm in the Ombudsman For Estate Agents Scheme. In 2008, we were delighted to be voted top Estate Agent in Yorkshire and Humberside and to receive the prestigious accolade of top Online Agent in the country at the prestigious Estate Agents of the Year Awards. In 2013 we are delighted to be selected to become a member of the Relocation Agent Network, the premier provider of global relocation. We believe that to be a leading Estate Agent we must be an integral part of the community, respected and have available all the latest technology in order to ensure our properties are marketed to the widest possible audience.
