Hughes Circuits is San Diego County’s largest fully integrated electronics manufacturing service (EMS) company. We are the only EMS in San Diego that houses a complete PCB layout service bureau, a complete PCB fabrication facility, a full-service PCB assembly facility with Wire Bonding, and box build capabilities. Also, we have a full precision metal fabrication facility, all under one management team. HCI employs more than 250 employees at its San Marcos facility of more than 83,500 sq feet. Each year, HCI invests over a million dollars in new capital equipment, training, and software to maintain our leading-edge technologies. We can take your schematic and bill of materials and return fully populated assemblies in as little as 3-5 days. Since all manufacturing operations are conducted on-site, there is no downtime for shipping. Most importantly, our integrated manufacturing system reduces the number of prototype revisions since our multidisciplinary engineering teams understand the entire electronic manufacturing cycle. We catch critical design issues before ever reaching the manufacturing floor.
