We are E&O insured to $1M and each search is performed in-house by a highly skilled search and abstract specialist who physically visits each courthouse to obtain the information you need. We DO NOT rely on online indices to produce our searches. Our minimum turnaround time for most search products is 24-48 hours from the time the order is received in our office, except for 40-Year and 60-Year Title Histories, which normally take three to five business days from the time we receive the order.
