Building on the traditions laid down by previous writers and directors – including Anthony Minghella, Gill Adams, Amanda Whittington, Alan Plater, Richard Bean, Mike Bradwell, John Godber and Gareth Tudor Price – Artistic Director Mark Babych is leading the company on the next stage of its exceptional journey, creating a vibrant 21st-century cultural organisation with a distinctive northern voice. A key player in the successful hid team that delivered Hull 2017, UK City of Culture, Hull Truck makes and presents work that creatively responds to the future needs of our city.
