'hull2let.com' is a division of Whittle Properties Ltd which opened as a letting agency in 2007. For the past 9 years hull2let has traded on the Newland Avenue and online. Whittle Properties Ltd was started by Joanne Whittle who has developed the company following 16 years property management experience. Joanne had become frustrated by traditional estate agents for many reasons including high fees and poor communication between tenants and landlords and wanted to provide a better service to both. We aim to raise the standard of Letting and Property Management in the City by being members of The National Approved Letting Scheme, Safe Agent (client money protection scheme) and Ombudsman Service.
