About Hulsing Hotels Inc
Dennis Hulsing grew up in Topeka, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He has two sons, Kyle and Will, both presently attending Kansas State University. Dennis and his wife, Jill, make their home in Prairie Village, Kansas. Dennis began his career working for Marriott from 1983-1991 (seven years corporate and one-year franchise) at various capacities ending as an Area Manager. He then worked for Omni Hotel for nine years from 1991-2000 and was a Senior Vice President with the company. In 1989 Dennis began purchasing rental properties and accumulated 44 properties, which he then sold in 1999. Dennis then branched out on his own and started Hulsing Hotels, LLC. In the last 14 years Dennis has bought and sold numerous companies, including hotels, racquet clubs, and a spa. Each property purchased has been extensively renovated and upgraded. Dennis Hulsing is the President and CEO of Hulsing Enterprises, LLC with corporate offices in Mission, Kansas, and Asheville, North Carolina. Hulsing Enterprises currently owns, and operates or affiliates with more than 30 businesses.
