HBI’s mission is simple: We want to teach people how to train and move pain free so they can be in the best shape of their life… for the rest of their life! When we think about it, it’s pretty hard (impossible, even) for someone to permanently fix their body’s faulty patterns and constantly evolve on their own if they don’t have a solid methodology to understand AND fix their issues themselves. Having said that, for people to be able to MAINTAIN their gains for the rest of their lives, we must teach them how to become their own personal “therapist”, scientist and “coach” so they can eventually become independent and require minimal to no need of external help. - La mission d’IBH est simple : Aider les gens à être plus efficaces avec leur corps. Plus concrètement, l’objectif est d’apprendre aux gens à s'entraîner et bouger sans douleur, les aidant à atteindre la meilleure forme de leur vie… pour le reste de leur vie. Comme mentionné plus haut (section Histoire), à notre avis, il est assez difficile (voire impossible) pour quelqu'un de régler de façon permanente ses problèmes physiques et d'évoluer constamment s’il n'a pas une méthodologie pour faire le travail lui-même. Cela dit, pour que les gens soient capables de MAINTENIR leurs acquis pour le reste de leur vie, ils doivent apprendre à devenir leur propre "thérapeute", scientifique et "coach" personnel afin qu'ils puissent éventuellement devenir indépendants et ne plus avoir besoin d’aucune aide extérieure: telle est la mission d’IBH.
