Breaking the cycle of violence and the incidence of domestic and sexual abuse through prevention, intervention, and treatment. 4. Helping people whose use of mood altering chemicals is harmful to themselves and others. 5. Empowering seniors and persons with disabilities to maintain their dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
