About Humance

Humance started in 2001 under the name BPIM with interim HR support and HR projects. Over the years, the focus was moved towards change management, organisation development and communication in international environments. As the focused moved inthe direction of managing processes and dynamics between people and groups, coaching, facilitation, constellations and workshops were added to the portfolio. With that, the company had moved from a more instrumental HR approach towards a H2H (human 2 human) approach, mostly at managerial level. With that transformation, BPIM changed into Humance in 2015. At this moment, Humance provides human related services for a broad audience. Humance is Daniëlle Botermans-Gerritsen. I'm enthousiastic and passionate and strive to fulfill business and personal goals in harmony. Doing this, I navigate between different cultures in an international environment and I use a combination of an analytical, conceptual and a more personal and intuitive approach. In this respect I always review challenges with a view that reaches beyond the boundaries of departments and disciplines. This guarantees my contribution to all aspects of the organisation. With an open way of communicating and a good sense of humour I always strive to create a pleasant working environment and atmosphere and in the meantime, get the job done.
