The company's leaders, husband and wife team, Rebecca Dmytryk and Duane Titus, have decades of experience working with wildlife and a diverse background in construction. Motivated by an unwavering commitment to the environment and humane treatment of animals, the duo have pioneered unique methods of resolving conflicts. In addition to two major inventions, the company is the first to utilize live-catch and release of rodents as part of a commercial rodent removal service. ABOUT THE OWNERS Rebecca Dmytryk is an experienced wildlife behaviorist and animal capture expert, and author of “Wildlife Search and Rescue: A Guide for First Responders,” (Wiley Blackwell, 2012). In addition to her responsibilities as CEO for Humane Wildlife Control Inc., she oversees Wildlife Emergency Services, a nonprofit that offers on-call volunteer assistance with difficult and technical animal rescues, as well as emergency response training for industry and government. Duane Titus is a skilled tradesman with decades of multidisciplinary experience in construction, and he is a licensed electrical contractor. Duane is also experienced in wildlife capture and handling. This combination of skills is ideal for tackling wildlife problems, especially where animals must be safely, humanely and permanently evicted from structures.
