About Hummingbird Kitchen
We are excited to announce to the Evanston community that some of the players behind Union Pizzeria and Campagnola are the first in the midwest to be up and running with a 28' state-of-the-art mobile food kitchen. With a scheduled start up date of of July 1, 2010, our mobile kitchen will come to you and prepare, on site, the quality menus you've come to expect from our brick and mortar Evanston hot spots. We are able to provide top-of-the-line catering for events with up to 150 guests and turn absolutely any of your indoor or outdoor venues into a restaurant quality experience! In addition to being available for hire for larger organized events and film production catering we are also planning on introducing this fun cutting-edge culinary street food movement to the students and staff at Northwestern and the entire Evanston community.
