I believe there is absolutely no reason for any human to not get home at the end of the day in the same, if not better state, both physically and emotionally, as they arrived. Every single day... In 2008 my world was a little less happy and the economy was very unstable. Hundred Acre was established and became my safe place. Over the years that followed, it became my aspiration for it to be Everyone’s Safe Place. I grew up around safety, have a degree in Engineering and my first job was as a safety engineer. Soon after my journey as a consultant began. Decades later, I am helping as many people as I can to look after their most important resource and to get people home at the end of every day. In my Hundred Acre world I have worked with a wide variety of clients throughout the UK and Internationally, from coffee to million pound cars to wine tasting, with open heart surgery in between - no two clients or days are ever the same. My own background supports an affinity to growing and expanding businesses particularly in STEM technologies and also to other Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) looking to learn and grow. With values and sustainability running through all Hundred Acre does, adding Tropic and more recently DISC and coaching; all of the elements of my world has been pulled together.
