WE ARE HUNGRY 2 MOVE - "Moving to change how we feel, not how we look." We are a social enterprise aiming to improve young people’s: Body image, attitude towards exercise, and overall physical and mental health. We offer dance based workshops for young people focussed on the benefits of exercise on our mental health and wellbeing. Using exercise and movement as a self care tool, we want to switch the focus away from exercising to change how we look, to exercising to change how we feel.
