Consulting work (including working with case management system [LEAP, Access Proclaim & Thread] profit improvement, analysis of the business & staff performance, Law Society Quality Marks [Lexcel, CQS, SQM & LA], ESG to name a few; 2. Compliance for Law Firms & Others (including everything to do with SRA compliance & CLC compliance and also a DPO service, which covers all sectors of businesses across the globe 3. Ingemar acting as External Confirming Solicitor for QWE for Aspiring Solicitors for the SQE route to qualify as a solicitor of England & Wales (he has confirmed the QWE for over 50 aspiring solicitors). Have assisted over 600 law firms and other businesses so far. Busy lawyers can get so bogged down in the 'admin' of running a business that they struggle to get to what they really want to do - be lawyers helping their clients. We give you an opportunity to offload that admin. We also provide high level consulting and mentoring support to partners and directors so they can function better, enjoy more what they do and improve their profitability and risk management.
