Building Consultancy, Employers Agent and Cost Consultancy Continually demonstrating the that we deliver effective services on cutting edge projects including Award Winning 'The Scene' in Walthamstow and 'Century House' in Southwark. The Building Consultancy teams energy ensures our clients get first class service and support in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, EA and many other services. CDM Adviser / Principal Designer / Building Safety Act We were early adopters of the CDM / PD role and have been providing advisory services since.
