Pre-convention counseling and planning Information regarding hotel/motels, meeting and banquet room facilities, exhibit space, restaurants and attractions. Commitments for sleeping rooms and meeting and banquet facilities. Housing coordination for conventions requiring more than two hotels. Attendance-building literature for pre-convention mailing. Pre-registration services. Press releases, developed by the meeting planner, will be distributed to local/tri-state media. On site registration personnel and name badges available, check with Bureau office for rates. Plastic tote bags which include attraction brochures, area maps and guides. Assistance with bid collection from charter bus companies. Assistance with special event activities including entertainment, spouse activities, shuttle bus schedules and step-on guide service.
