Huntington Sistem Global Pte Ltd (HSG) is a Singapore-Turkish joint venture company that facilitates business between Singapore/Asia and Türkiye/Central Asia. Established in Singapore in November 2023, Huntington Sistem Global brings together the strengths of Huntington Partners LLP and Sistem Global Danışmanlık AŞ. With offices and representatives across Europe, Türkiye/Central Asia, Singapore/Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, HSG welcomes businesses interested to access these regional markets through our networks. HSG focuses on three primary areas of business; (a) M&A and investments, (b) product distribution, including food and manufactured items, and (c) services, including localisation/internationalisation and assisting Turkish tech companies to access Singapore and Asia. HSG has ongoing collaboration with business chambers such as Singapore Business Federation and MUSİAD and other trade/economic agencies. HSG also organises seminars to familiarise companies in doing business in the respective markets. Huntington Partners LLP is an independent strategic advisory, start-up and private equity firm with a dominant share of deals in Southeast Asia in the (re)insurance industry. Sistem Global Danışmanlık AŞ is a Turkish consultancy company that provides professional services from start-ups to international companies, in the area of technology, engineering and manufacturing. For almost three decades, Sistem Global has supported over 15,000 companies by providing services like Tax, Legislation & Compliance, Globalisation, Patents and R&D. Sistem Global is located in 10 cities across Türkiye with over 550 staff, and maintains an international presence in UK, Germany, Belgium, UAE, Netherlands and Saudi Arabia.
