About Huracán Coffee

A small coffee roastery in Vilnius, founded in 1999. We're pioneers of specialty coffee in Lithuania and the Baltic states. Still led by Vytautas Kratulis, a coffee roaster, technologist, educator and coffee cupper serving on the Cup of Excellence® international jury since 2005. Our philosophy revolves around fresh coffee. Our coffee beans are sustainably grown and distributed, distinguished and extravagant, the finest, awarded. We aim to be as close to the coffee grower as possible, promoting sustainability in the coffee supply and consumption chain, tracking and presenting coffee to consumers with identity, showcasing what is best in the coffee world, being frontrunners in that world. Coffee sourcing trips are the cornerstone of our process, shaping our annual coffee lineup. From the start, we've embraced innovation. Today our factory utilizes Loring Smart & Sovda technology. In Horeca distribution, we partner with leading equipment manufacturers like Dalla Corte, Mahlkonig, Puqpress, and Franke. Our technical team not only handles distribution but also buyer education and coffee bar solutions updates. Huracan Coffee is our brand for coffee production and our coffee venues. We operate eight specialty coffee shops in Vilnius. Throughout our history, we've fostered ten national barista champions and earned seventeen silver and bronze medals. We are coffee visionaries.
