As general contractors we provide construction services to federal agencies for projects located throughout the southeastern United States, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Carolinas. Our company’s experienced construction professionals have the knowledge and capability to provide effective design review, estimating, and project management services to meet the needs of private clients and the federal government on both design build and design-bid-build procurements. Our highly trained field staff has experience in all facets of new construction, tenant improvement, and remodeling on various project types including commercial, complex high end residential (15,000+ SF), and sitework / underground utility projects. As part of our commitment to green construction we have an in-house Florida class 1 energy Rater capable of doing energy audits, HERS ratings, and blower door and duct testing. In addition to providing professional general contracting and construction management services, we self perform sitework, demolition, concrete formwork and placement, rough and finish carpentry, metal framing, and painting. We are licensed in Florida (General Contractor), Louisiana (Building Construction; Highway, Street, and Bridge; and Municipal and Public Works), and Mississippi (Commercial Building Contractor).
