Welcome to the HycAero LinkedIn page. We are a independently owned company, and part of the Score Group PLC. Hycrome (Europe) Ltd is involved in the Oil and Gas industry supporting our parent company Score aswell as offering repair solutions to the marketplace. Another aspect to the business is the Aerospace Sector that specialises in surface enhancement and coatings suporting the aerospace supply chain. In April 2016 the Aerospace side of the business became it's own company named Hycrome Aerospace Ltd. Hycrome Aerospace has achieved NADCAP accreditation in the following 5 disciplines:- Thermal Coatings Controlled Shot Peening Non Destructive Testing Heat Treatment & Forming Chemical Processing Firmly established as a market leader in the Aerospace Treatments sector, we aim to offer all processes in house to reduce lead time and cost within the supply chain. Coupled with the treatments, we also offer the manufacture of C-Class parts that can be formed using our CNC Brake Presses and Rubber Press. Hycrome (Europe) Ltd specialises in the repair and refurbishment of valve components such as ball valves by diamond grinding and lapping to create the perfect seal to the mating seat. We have the capacity to process ball valves ranging from 1" to 60" diameter. Alongside our processing facilities we have a Design and Manufacture department where we make parts such as Gas Turbine Engine Blades and Fuel Nozzles for the Power Generation sector. Using the same principles we have developed extended repair capabilities for Industrial Gas Turbine Engine components. With our Laser Powder Fusion Welder we can repair seal fins and the shrouds of turbine blades to extend the service life of our clients’ components.
