Established in 1964, Hydroil is an independent, family-owned manufacturing company based in South Australia. A ‘can-do’ attitude and years of experience has earned us a reputation for innovative solutions and the successful handling of large-scale, complex projects for local, national and global companies. Sectors that we service include, agriculture, mining, marine, aviation, defence, oil and gas, utilities and heavy industry. Our customers value Hydroil for the experience of our team, extensive supply chain, high quality workmanship and our ability to consistently meet tough delivery schedules with short lead times. We produce Roundline, Tie Rod and Mill cylinder series’ in addition to a wide range of specialised, custom cylinders. In-house services include, grinding, honing, machining, welding (GL and DV specifications) and crane transport for collection and delivery. Hydroil offer cylinder repair services for Liebherr, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu, Volvo and Hyundai products. Our manufacturing operation is geared to delivering customer satisfaction. It’s what we strive for and is something that we all take great pride in. We attribute our success to consistently producing dependable, specialised cylinders of the highest quality.
