About Hyren
Hyren is a new platform committed to the development of green hydrogen projects. Hyren is 100% owned by Matrix Renewables Spain, a global renewable energy platform created and backed by global alternative asset manager TPG and its $18 billion impact investing platform TPG Rise. Hyren is focusing its efforts on greenfield projects with a core mandate on the provision of highly efficient green hydrogen at the lowest cost possible, as reliably as possible. We are targeting large scale green hydrogen projects for use in existing and future industrial applications, including the production of green ammonia/e-methanol. At present, Hyren has a portfolio of more than 1.5 GW of electrolysis and 2 GW of associated renewable energy.
