Thank you for taking the time to view our profile. My name is Kay Reynolds and I’m the Founder of HytheHopes Medical Invoicing and Collection Services. I’ll never forget the day when I realised that Medical Specialists were not being paid for the services they were providing to patients in their private practice. This stirred an outrage in me. Specialists who had spent years and years in training and who were providing life-changing treatments were not being paid. This, to me, was totally unacceptable, and consequently I set up a service with a vision that medical consultants would be paid in full for the services they provided. This was 20 years ago. We work with Consultants and secretaries who do not have the time, desire or industry knowledge to successfully manage the billing and collection aspect of their private practice.
