Vincine Brown is the founder and Chief Neuro-Diversity Architect of I AM 10 which bridges the Success Gap for Neurodivergent Minds through Intellect, Aptitude and Mastery. The organization provides a buffet of resources to educate, support and connect clients with the tools to advocate for authentic inclusion in their environments. They are also committed to supporting employers to better understand and practice authentic inclusion related to meeting the needs of the neurodivergent community. Additionally, I AM 10 assists individuals on the Autism spectrum to explore opportunities in the science and technology fields. Vincine has achieved many successes in the Neurodiversity space including students who have: * Presented at Ted Talks; * Received invitations to the White House to facilitate presentations to educators about technology * Received offers to work in technology * Graduate college in 4 years Vincine is a Scholar of the Mid-Atlantic Health Leadership Institute at Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. She was also the Education Enrichment Director, where she successfully ran a 21st CCLC grant-funded Afterschool Program. Also, as a Program Manager and Director of Education for Educate, Inc., the leading provider of educational services in the K-12 market, she provided tutoring and other supplemental services in Sylvan Learning Centers schools, and over the Internet. She has been featured in Applause Magazine, Cincinnati Enquirer, and other media for her work in Science and Technology. Vincine is a lifetime member of the National Technical Association, and President Emeritus of the Cincinnati chapter and has been recognized by National Leadership for Success.
