About I Am Mindful™️

We are a social enterprise hell bent on helping people around the world to be more resilient! We want to help people learn to be their own mental health heroes. We want people to feel confident that they can weather any emotional storm independently in their own space and environment! At “I Am Mindful” our sole purpose in life is to make mental health and wellbeing tools grounded in heavy psychological science, for everyday life, that actually work! Our team have all had personal experiences dealing with mental ill-being through our adolescent and adult years - that’s why we started this initiative. We know how hard it can be to struggle and that mental health isn’t linear. There can be good and bad days. We believe though that if one has the tools to know how to deal with the bad days then life can start to feel a little more manageable. We’re a team made up of Positive Psychology Practitioners, Registered Psychologists, Registered Psychiatric nurses and young people dealing with mental health.
