Our mission is to encourage and guide you on your way to achieving your personal fitness goals and help foster an active healthy lifestyle. Recognizing the time constraints people have everyday, i.Fit brings the gym to you. We work according to your schedule and come to your home with all the equipment you need to get a challenging total-body workout. Everyone has a different starting point and goal. i.Fit trainers meet with each client to discuss their unique goals and write a program specifically targeting individual needs. As our clients progressively meet their goals, we re-evaluate the programs. We create new goals and increase the intensity of the workouts to ensure continued success. iFit trainers are there for you every step of the way, providing you with valuable knowledge and motivation. Working out is tough, especially in the beginning stages, but we are there to encourage you at each stage. Plus, we keep it fun! Training can be boring but we aim to keep our workouts creative and energetic. We keep you on track and provide constant support both during the workout and at any other time.
