I&L Consulting is a UK registered, consultancy practice set up in 2021 specifically to work in the Industrial and Logistics sector. The business was established to provide high class bespoke Civil and Structural Engineering advice and designs for developers and funds. We are a specialist consultancy. Unlike other Engineering companies we only work in the Industrial and Logistics sector. This allows us to focus on this sector, leveraging our extensive expertise in this field. The principles in the company have over 20 years each in this construction sector and have run previous successful consultancy practices. They have completed millions of square feet of development throughout the UK and in the Middle East. Their client list is impressive with leading Industrial developers such as British Land, Brookfield, Canmoor, Chancerygate, GLP Europe, Goya, Kier Property, Panattoni, Prologis, Salmon, St Modwen, Segro and Tilstone in the UK. In the UAE we have worked for Abu Dhabi Ports (Kizad), Emirates and DP World (formerly JAFZA). We provide quick informed input into potential site purchases to highlight site abnormals and development risk. We provide input at planning stage with Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, Earthwork Assessments and Ground & Environmental advice. On industrial development, generally all of the major areas of cost and risk are in the ground. We specialize in these areas and provide economic, pragmatic solutions to these big-ticket items which are able to make a difference in winning a site and building to a budget. Our main offices are in Surbiton, Surrey and Warrington, Cheshire. This gives us easy access to all parts of the UK. London and the South of England. We also have an office in Dubai. The staff are handpicked and trained by the UK principles. This office enables us to turn around designs in short periods and provide timely advice on site acquisitions
