Laura Schwarz is the Founder of i2 Leadership, a coaching and leadership development company committed to unlocking leaders’ full potential. With a mission to create more “HELL YES” days for her clients, Laura inspires them to be intentional and mindful of their leader impact. Utilizing over a decade of coaching experience and her signature Mojo Framework, Laura empowers her clients to integrate new behaviors and remove the obstacles holding them back from doing their absolute best work. Since launching i2 Leadership in 2009, Laura has focused on the foundational leadership skills of change and adaptability—whether it’s coaching leaders to transform and expand their leadership impact or partner with teams to strengthen their collaboration skills. Leveraging her extensive firsthand experience as a Fortune 500 Product and Marketing Leader and successful pivots of creating her own business and her Mojo Mondays Bootcamp podcast, Laura has cultivated a unique perspective which enables her to easily grasp the challenges her clients encounter as they adjust to new paradigms and cultivate the essential leadership skills required to meet ever-evolving demands. Laura is known for being a transformative coach that helps leaders and teams create new paths and lead with intention in a world that's constantly in motion. She collaborates with leaders at various career stages, ranging from emerging leaders to established C-suite executives. Her clients represent a range of industries, from Fortune 500 companies to Non-Profit organizations. Prior to founding i2 Leadership, Laura held leadership positions in Marketing and Global Brand Strategy at American Express, Young & Rubicam Advertising, and Research International. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and is a certified Leadership Coach (CPCC) and Team Coach (EMCC Global).
