We have established relationships with the business community providing IT support and services in the North Wales and surrounding areas including Chester, Manchester, Liverpool and even Aberystwyth! We understand that when a customer contacts us, it is generally because they have a problem or a concern based around their IT and they would like some help identifying and resolving the problem. We always provide the most efficient approach we can and will try solve the issue as soon as possible whilst also maintaining a very high level of quality/service. When we first speak to a business, we ask where they are now, where they want to be and then show them the value of the products and services that we provide. We are also pro-active with our existing customers and help their business grow and keep up to date with new technologies, including back ups, servers, cabling, door entry systems, cyber security, CCTV and much more (just ask, if it's technical, we provide the service!). Over 84% of our business comes from recommendations and repeat business from our customers. We spend a large amount of our time ensuring that any purchase or requirement is going to be a benefit to the business or individual, if there is no benefit then we advise them to look at an alternative solution whatever that may be.
