Established in 1992 in New Jersey, IAM is your one stop shop for custom made/private label gourmet food products. We specialize in shelf-stable bottled sauces and bakery products made with carefully sourced ingredients. Most of our products are all natural, GMO free and prepared with a twist of an authentic taste. IAM is the pioneer in bringing all natural South Asian Cooking sauces and frozen meals to the main stream American audience in 1992 and since then has continued producing high quality products for many national International brands under their private label, Ethnic Cottage. IAM’s services include custom manufacturing, packaging, commercialization of kitchen recipes, product development, ingredient sourcing and nutritional labeling. The company serves different market sectors including retail chains, wholesale clubs, health food, food service/restaurant, specialty/gourmet food stores. The core competency of IAM is its knowledge base, expertise and technology, delivering cost effective food product solution to its clients. The in-house R&D team is headed by a Food Scientist with over twenty years of industry experience. Continuous research and development in creating marketable gourmet recipes, IAM provides flexibility in manufacturing volumes and offers a range of packaging options. We work closely with clients, helping them to test and develop high quality innovative custom formulations with consistent taste and quality.
