iAMconnected is a biohacking and consciousness hacking platform for high performing individuals. Biohacking. You might be familiar with bio testing, measuring and optimising what is happening in the body, from the food we eat, to supplements we take, to understanding our personal genes and DNA… we’re shifting from the reactive health care system we grew up with (ie: I have a chronic disease, let’s try fix it) to a proactive health care system, let’s change our behaviours to support wellness and not get chronic disease. Consciousness Hacking. It may be a little more abstract, but this is what really excites me and I’ve spent the past twenty years exploring it. Whilst biohacking is working to understand and optimise our biological code, consciousness hacking is working to understand our neurological code and dare I say, to some extent our “spiritual” code. It’s looking introspectively. iAMConnected brings together data from dozens of leading edge wearable technologies across sleep, recovery, meditation and key biometrics giving us lead indicators of what is going on in our bodies and minds. We integrate it into a user dashboard, that the user shares for support from their coach, trusted connections and friends, clinicians and therapists.
