About Ianos Ventures

Ianos Ventures has been specializing in the Portland real estate market since 2000. We help broker transactions from large commercial properties, to first time homebuyers, to everything in between. As a company we also own/manage a large portfolio of commercial, multi-family, and residential properties. This unique position as an investor gives us an insight to the market that traditional brokerages do not offer. Having our own skin in the game allows us to have a ground-level perspective when advising clients on investment decisions. Ianos Ventures is also a licensed general contractor in the state of Oregon. Our design experience, quality and exceptional attention to detail sets us apart from other brokerages, as we have done work on both commercial and residential properties throughout the Portland area. We have experience with a wide range of styles, from contemporary to classical. Some of our favorite projects have been restoring ‘Old Portland’ homes back to their original charm, and helping redesign these old spaces around both form and function.
