IAT is an independently owned operating leasing platform that sources and manages commercial aircraft on behalf of investors based in Dublin, Ireland. The management team have bought or sold $8.5bn worth of aircraft since 2005. IAT sources aircraft on behalf of its investors through deep industry relationships and years of expertise, allowing us to successfully execute lease transactions worldwide. Our objective is to source and manage long term, uncorrelated investments that deliver stable, relatively attractive returns, while preserving capital and protecting the downside. We purchase aircraft with or without lease attached and seek to add value through remarketing and trading of the assets upon lease expiration.
