IAW Consulting was founded by Iftekhar Waseem in 2020, and has grown from strength to strength. Our expertise in structural engineering design ranges from complex multi-use development schemes to smaller bespoke projects. Working with clients across a number of sectors our main objective is to provide good engineering design, with a clear structural logic to them. We believe our role asCivil & StructuralEngineers on any design project is to be part of the design team from day one, and to work with the design team to deliver a solution which is appropriate, not only technically but also commercially and sustainably. We understand that the engineering design accounts for a considerable portion of the budget and it is our aim to provide efficient solutions for it.
