OUR EVENTS Regional and international conferences which provide forums for networking, and improving cultural understanding. these events include the screening or presentation of media programs, as well as the exchange of professional and technical knowledge and strategies to implement gender diversity in media outlets. Workshops and training for the professional development of members, with a focus on gender perspective in programs, development issues and management. Biennial Awards of Excellence which honour the creativity of women producers of outstanding radio and TV programs. Scholarship Fund support for media studies. Support for productions, training and projects for women in developing countries.
