We support them with building Investor Decks, Information Memorandums (Business Strategy Plan for Growth), Financial Projections, Business Valuations, Deal Structure and liaison with HMRC for Advance Approval under the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme or the Enterprise Investment Scheme. When we have achieved all of the above we actively market the Equity Investment opportunities to investors looking to take advantage of the amazing Tax Incentives granted by SEIS and EIS. We stand alongside the Business Founder as part of their Executive Team, we assist with the deal negotiation and we support all of contractual due diligence required around new Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, etc. We aim to continue to support Businesses that have gained investment through their journey of exponential growth. Within our network of Associates we have C Suite experience across every aspect of running a commercial enterprise, across a multitude of sectors.
