Engineering Office for Electronics and Automation ibea, as the “Engineering Office for Electronics and Automation” was founded in 1991 with the objective of development, production and integration of industrial processing systems. Due to the main specification on the production inspection of tin ware considerable experiences were made during the following years, especially in the field of illumination of high-reflecting surfaces and software engineering. This special knowledge enables ibea to manufacture own assemblies which meets hardest demands of image recording and – processing. Because of our long lasting know how of the integration of our systems in different manufacturing processes, we developed our company to a specialist and complete provider. 90% of all our systems are developed by ibea and for every specific requirement of the customer modified and adjusted. For robotic parts we party access to qualified sub contractors. In addition to the sectoral optical measurement methods other test systems have been developed such as pressure- and vacuum leak tester. Latest technologies as heatflow thermography and the corresponding hard- and software as well as handling automation complete ibea´s portfolio. Due to an intensive contact to our customers – before, during and after integration process, installation and training – we are supported by many suggestions which are introduced in our developments. This is why ibea is just cutting the edge.
