About Ibex Beer
At IBEX we have two driving passions. Beer and the Mountains. We started brewing beer in the French Alps, at the heart of the Portes du Soleil in 2014 and haven't looked back. We brew hoppy, accessible beers that all can enjoy through our core range of IPAs. Alongside these we love to create seasonal, low ABV and one off brews. We moved to The Wood Yard in 2023, investing in a semi automated 24HL brew kit and adding 100% more tank space for production! This custom space is surrounded by the mountains and all the adventures that they bring. It's the perfect place for us to brew the beers that you love!
