Aspiring to bring dignity to manpower and make a difference across industries, IBEX is the most recent addition to the manpower supply league, beginning operations in 2023. Hiring skilled and talented manpower is a costly and time-consuming affair for companies, and IBEX aims to fill this gap by bridging businesses and the talent they seek. We hire and supply qualified and experienced manpower from the SAARC countries & the African Union, to cater to the needs of companies in the UAE. Our role is to hire and supply skilled manpower, but our purpose is to bring much deserved dignity to labour and respect to the workforce. We practise the industry's high standards and set an example for others to follow. Centred around our people, our prime focus is to humanise the workforce and supply productive manpower to execute projects on time. Built on our 6-E value system, we strive to live by our name, inspired from the animal Ibex found in natural reserves of Al-Tubayq Region of the Arabian Peninsula, and become a symbol of strength, stability, willingness and focus. Just like the ibex is considered to be a master climber, we too hope to become masters of our game and climb the ladder of success.
