IC Possibilities Consulting Inc. is a Victoria-based company specializing in Creative Planning Dialogues, relational leadership, effective teamwork training, conflict resolution, facilitation training, and public consultation. Our associates come from diverse backgrounds -- corporate, labour, education, journalism, government and crown management. They are dedicated to sharing their years of experience with clients. For over ten years, IC Possibilities has provided a complete range of tools which help organizations develop a shared common purpose and goals. We believe that by including those people who might be affected by a proposed change, and being willing to be reflective on their perspectives, an opportunity exists to collaboratively develop viable options for meeting the challenges of change. Our objective is to help people work together towards a mutually identified purpose without diminishing anyone in the process. We help our clients to discover creative and effective ways to improve results and enhance the individual’s experience and the group’s success.
