About ICAReAlumni

ICAReAlumni is an international community of practitioners and researchers focused on Alumni and Career Development, linked to the Centre for Organizational and Social Studies (CEOS.PP) located at the Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP) of Polytechnic of Porto, Portugal Everything started with ICAReAlumni Conference... We were inspired by the will to provide an inclusive environment where everybody could feel a sense of belonging while learning about Alumni relations and Career Development. It´s amazing how this dream grew so fast! More than a conference, we have been building a brand new, vibrant and strong community with people from more than 30 countries located in Europe, South America and Asia. This dream has now an established mission, vision and values: ICARe Mission: Provide an accessible and inclusive learning community about alumni relations and career development for educational institutions, non-profit, and corporate organizations that are building an alumni culture. ICARe Vision: Empower career and alumni relations professionals and researchers in educational institutions, non-profit, and corporate organizations for a better world: Deepening the sense of community, creating meaningful relationships and enhancing support among students, alumni, academics, staff, former workers and society as a whole.
