And to get there, it starts here ... in our Southern California studio; where, at any given moment, one might hear punk, jazz, ethnic, orchestral or alternative music emanating from Icarus Music’s cutting-edge, 5.1 surround sound studio. In charge of this creation process are award-winning composers Eddie Freeman and Marta Victoria, the succesful partnership that drives Icarus Music. This energetic duo holds degrees in audio engineering, television, writing, music and film. Tapping on that and their thirty plus years of industry experience, they are able to quickly and intelligently compose and engineer beautiful, high-quality works for all their clients. Accomplished instrumentalists, savvy recordists and discerning mixers, both. Eddie and Marta go even further, consistently reaching out to capture recordings from a long list of in-demand, world-class musicians. This reverance for the live performance keeps their works fresh, and is one of the many work ethics that contributes to the production of their rich, compelling scores.
