Accurate Estimates and Schedules – The ICE Team embodies the depth of experience, understanding and capacity required to successfully meet your estimating and scheduling needs. Our team members are former licensed contractors who competed for and built projects as contractors. This experience provides our Team with an understanding of the constructability issues, market price fluctuations, and an unmatched level of negotiating skills. We use appropriate negotiating tools to ensure our client receives a fair market value bid for their project. Constructability Review – Our constructability reviews focus on identifying potential problems, such as vague requirements that may impact the construction or administration. We verify that the bid documents are clear, concise and coordinated with the appropriate construction trades. Our review includes checking to see that existing conditions are accurately reflected on the plans along with contractor access, staging areas and limitations of the work environment. Reviewing the design strategies and ensuring that construction layout, functional relationships, space allocations, accessibility and circulation, security and safety are properly addressed in the construction documents. The end result is a high quality, cost efficient, accurate bid for the project with little to no additional costs during construction.
