About ici2learn

ici2learn is a Learning and Development consultancy based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The company was founded in 2014 by Elsa Regan, a coach / facilitator / training specialist with a background in scientific research and more than 20 years of experience working within world-class organizations. Elsa is French but works fluently in English, “ici2learn” can be literally translated to “here to learn”. In 2016 Elsa was joined at ici2learn by her husband Nick Regan who has a vast experience in the global automotive and interior design / creative industries. His background is in Engineering Management and product development. Since 2008 he made a career move to HRM and now specializes in implementing L&D strategic projects, design & delivery of key training programs and interim L&D director roles. At ici2learn we are passionate about developing people. We believe that businesses truly flourish when they place strategic focus on developing their people. Naturally people development is vitally linked to learning and herein lies the expertise of ici2learn. We can help you to address the following fundamental questions, “What do we as a business, strategically need our people to learn?” and “How should our people learn what is needed?” Our services include : Implementing strategic L&D projects / Training Design & delivery / Coaching / Facilitation of team and strategic workshops / Interim L&D director roles.
