ICON-BIM is a 100% U.S.-based, union BIM company built on real field expertise. Our team is made up of Foremen and Journeymen from the building trades who bring years of hands-on experience directly into the BIM/VDC process. Every ICON detailer has completed a five-year union apprenticeship program, and our Union card carrying plumbers, pipefitters and sheet metal workers to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and constructibility. As signatories with more than 17 local UA and SMART unions, we combine deep trade knowledge with union training to deliver models that truly work in the field. We specialize in creating LOD 200–400 BIM models for MEP/F trades across North America. Moreover, our deliverables are tailored for fabrication and installation, including shop drawings, spool sheets, hanger fabrication sheets, burn-table and coil-line files, point files for total stations, sleeve layouts, and bills of material. With detailers who understand installation dynamics firsthand, we ensure that what our team details, your team can build, minimizing installation hours, preventing rework, and maximizing project efficiency.
