Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines(ICpEP), Inc. ICpEP (formerly Philippine Institute of Computer Engineers, PhICEs) is registered as a non-stock, non-profit organization in the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of the Philippines with registration number 201120675. The ICpEP is an organization that manages and prepares certification board exams for computer engineers in the Philippines, as well as the recognized organization of Certified Computer Engineers (CCpE) and Professional Computer Engineers (PCpE). ICpEP is also the partner organization of the Technical Panel for Computer Engineering Education of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in the policy formulation, curriculum and standards for Computer Engineering Education in the Philippines. ICpEP aims to: - Build a network of professionals and graduates of computer engineering in the country through member interaction and open communication.
