A focused team of dedicated and enthusiastic automation designers, engineers, software developers, manufacturers, sales persons, and technicians that help clients realize more efficient mail and parcel processing and sorting through innovative system design to implementation at customers locations around the world. Specializing in e-commerce postal sorting automation, cross-border international mail, and USPS domestic mail bar coding and sorting, ID Mail has helped business from small one-site mail service companies, multi-system/site mail services to large national postal operators. Our most important skill is we listen to all of our customers, and assume that customers know as much about mail and parcel sorting/processing as we do with our 100 plus years of industry experience. This translates into a partnering process that allows customers to have a critical input into the design of the automation solutions developed for each one. As well, our philosophy is that once a system is installed, it is our job to help that customer continue to realize long-term benefits from the investment, including making available technology upgrades over the life of the system so customer's can realize savings after many years of usage. Some of our original systems from 20 years ago are still in use at customers today. With over 200+ system installations over these 20 years, from OCR imaging desktop systems to fully automated large industrial sorting systems, ID Parcel & Mail can tailor and deliver a successful automation solution for all types of mail and parcel processing requirements.
