Workers’ Compensation Services We provide focused evaluations and treatment for workers recovering from injuries that affect cognition, mood, or function. Expertise includes acquired brain injuries and psychological conditions secondary to physical trauma (e.g., CRPS, chronic pain, orthopedic injuries with anxiety, depression, or PTSD). Our providers coordinate with an injured worker’s team to ensure tightly coordinated care, return-to-work decisions, and claim resolution. Forensic Services Dr. Black provides independent, objective services for civil litigation, disability, capacity, and workers’ compensation cases. Services include IMEs (neuropsychological and psychological), capacity and disability assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and expert record reviews.
